Matthew Kenney’s Adesse opens in Selfridges
Late last year Adesse, a new plant-based restaurant, opened on the second floor of Selfridge’s (selfridges.com). The new venture is the latest project from Matthew Kenney, one of the world’s leading chefs in plantbased cuisine. The author of 12 cookbooks, Kenney graduated from the French Culinary Institute and has worked in various upscale New York kitchens.
