Moving from London to Fforest Farm in rural Wales, Sian Tucker fl ourished in the simplicity of the outdoors. ‘Working closely with Mother Nature has taught us to respect her rhythms,’ she says. ‘By finding time to tune into the pace of the natural world and letting our minds be still, we learn to appreciate the diversity of where we are.’ Her book, Fforest: Being, Doing And Making In Nature (Kyle Books, £18.99), teaches us how to explore and thrive outdoors.
