Low-calorie cooking spray
4 garlic cloves, crushed
2cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
300g pack mixed Speed Free stir-fry vegetables
225g can water chestnuts, drained
Bunch of spring onions, sliced diagonally
30g fresh bean sprouts, rinsed
300g ready-prepared butternut squash noodles
450g cooked, peeled jumbo king prawns
5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 Spray a large, non-stick frying pan or wok with low-calorie cooking spray and place over a high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, five-spice, mixed veg and water chestnuts, and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes.
2 Stir in the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for a further 4-5 minutes, or until piping hot. Remove from the heat and serve in bowls.
