UNFASHIONABLE FISH
It’s dark. It’s cold. The festivities are over. My liver resembles foie gras and I feel fat. It must be January. As usual, this means I resolve to eat better and drink less, but I intend this year to go further than these generalities. Specifically, I resolve to eat more unfashionable fish.
