QUICK SATAY
Combine 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter, 1 tbsp kecap manis, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and 1 tbsp cold water until smooth. Rub over pork, pieces of chicken breast or salmon and marinate for 1-2 hours, then grill and serve with rice and pak choi.
