BITTERS

GROWN-UP SODA FLOAT
Put 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in the bottom of a tall glass, add a couple of dashes of bitters and top up with cream soda or coca cola, for a more sophisticated take on the childhood classic.
BITTERED WHIPPED CREAM
Whip a few dashes of bitters and 1-2 tbsp icing sugar into 300ml fresh double cream, then dollop generously onto a cake or serve with fresh fruit.
