Meatball and cannellini bean bake
SERVES 2 X 4 PORTIONS. HANDS-ON TIME 30 MIN, OVEN TIME 30 MIN, PLUS CHILLING
MAKE AHEAD
Freeze the second portion of the bake as in step 4 for up to 3 months. Defrost thoroughly by removing the container (or bags) from the freezer to the fridge overnight. Put the contents in an ovenproof dish to continue from step 5.
