Clear blue skies are often considered boring in landscape and cityscape photography. And to be fair, they can be much less impressive than skies filled with dramatic clouds. These shots, in some situations, can be a write-off; however, in many cases, there are several techniques you can use to make plain blue skies look much more interesting.
