Bears On Ice was started by the suitably named gentleman, Frosti Johnsson in 2005.
BEARS ON ICE, a not-for-profit gathering organised by volunteers, attracts bears and bear-lovers from around the world and spices up the local LGBTIQ scene in Iceland’s capital, Reykjavik. The raison d’être of the event is bear pride, fun and hairy hedonism. To this end, there are three incredible parties in chilledout venues featuring international DJs and some of Iceland’s best-known performers.
