MELON JOURNEY 2

Froach Club knows how to get into your melon

Format PC

Origin US

Release TBA

Karolina Asadova, director, artist, writer; Mario Russeau, writer, programmer, composer
Not to be outdone, there’s plenty going on in Ham Town, too: Honeydew walks out of work and straight into the midst of a crime scene
You’ll  find  clues  as  you  explore,  and  sometimes  useful  items  –  we’re  glad  of  the  pair  of  rollerskates  we  find  an  hour  in.
Where  did  the  idea  to  outlaw  melons  come  from?  It’s  riff  on  Hog  Town  not  selling  them  in  the  first  game,  Russeau  says.  Asadova:  “The  short  and  simple  answer  is  that  it’s  utterly  ridiculous”

Melon Journey 2’s standout marketing line is a phrase of such arcane power and influence that it has not left our brain since we first heard it during a recent Asobu showcase. “Travel to Hog Town, where melons are illegal”, we are told. Immediately we have several questions, all of them grammatically incorrect. Hog Town? Melons? Illegal? We are going to have to book a ticket.
