A sherifitold a Fort William man that she was running out of options for dealing with him other than sending him to jail, due to what she called his ‘signiflcant record’.
David O’Hara, of the town’s Alma Road, appeared before SherifiEilidh MacDonald at the court on Tuesday.
O’Hara, 25, had pleaded guilty previously to two offences which took place on October 2 this year in a pub in Fort William High Street. O’Hara admitted stealing a jacket and its contents, including a wallet, as well as resisting, obstructing and hindering two police offcers in the execution of their duty.
