Emergency Action Training (EAT) offer vital courses to businesses of all types, shapes and sizes. Run by co-directors husband and wife team Laura and Paul, EAT has established itself as the leading local provider of training in first aid, health and safety, ire risk, infection control and prevention, and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
Laura and Paul met while she was serving as commanding officer at the Lochaber Sea Cadet Unit, T.S. St Christopher and he was serving as 1st Lieutenant. They both have a military and hospitality background, and have extensive experience and knowledge in the areas that they teach, exceeding national training standards.
