Among a year of major losses in 2016, not even the world of board games was safe. As well as the passing of tabletop pioneers such as Lone Wolf author Joe Dever and designer Sean Sweigart, we also lost one of the UK’s indie publishers.
Founded by Age of Steam designer Martin Wallace, Treefrog Games published its debut title, Mordred, in 1999 and went on to produce releases including A Study in Emerald, Doctor Who: The Card Game and the Discworld spin-off Ankh-Morpork.
