Buying one’s first home is always exciting, and Sabina Hasanli has more reason than most to celebrate. Her monthly outgoings have been reduced by about £500, and her new one bedroom apartment in Acton Gardens, a joint venture between Countryside and L&Q, is certain to go up in value as it’s close to a station on the Crossrail route.
s Sabina’s new home is finished to a high standard
Sabina recently moved from a rented apartment in Vauxhall and, as a procurement specialist who frequently travels around the UK and Europe, the location couldn’t be better. ‘I was spending £1,600 per month on rent plus utility bills. I looked at how much money I was wasting and realised it was time to buy a property,’ she explains. ‘Acton Gardens was exactly what I was looking for. With the regeneration of the area, its close proximity to five underground and rail stations and the arrival of Crossrail fast approaching, it is the ideal home for my day-to-day lifestyle. Another great benefit is being able to get to Heathrow Airport in under 30 minutes. When I came across Acton Gardens, I knew it was where I wanted to come home to. Owning a new-build is great, and the price is really reasonable for a high quality apartment with a range of appliances. There’s a fantastic amount of space and beautiful parkland surroundings, which I can enjoy from my balcony.’
