THIS MONTH I HAVE MOSTLY BEEN… “Wondering how long I’ll have her for…”
It feels as though the MT and I have been together forever, but in fact it’s not actually been that long. Despite that, I’ve started to feel that itch at the back of my neck, the one that comes towards the end of every year when I’m just waiting for the call or email to ask for a bike back. Yes, there’s always another one on the way, but falling deeply in love with anything for a dozen years in a row, and then being separated from said love like clockwork, must be some kind of relationship record. If this was real life and the bikes were rather women, I’d likely be undergoing counselling!
