Novel experience

Reading Harriet Green’s article How I Fell Back In Love With Reading (April) really made me think. I only read books on holiday, when I can relax – I struggle at home as there are too many distractions. I always read with my children at a very young age and now I read to my granddaughters. I was so excited when the eldest one recently started to read and write. It’s so important to encourage that learning and keep them reading books for a long time.
