STAPLE READING FOR LOCKDOWN AND BEYOND
I was inspired to write this after another great copy of the magazine. What struck me was how relevant the articles in the May issue were - topics included finding your true calm, walking and its benefits, instructions for a yoga pose to help reduce stress, recipes for relaxing teas and some fabulous ideas for slow cooking, all of which have been so helpful for life in lockdown. Although I have always enjoyed the magazine, perhaps I have never really taken on board the quality content. I now realise that to do so is hugely worthwhile. Thank you, healthy, for being a truly life-changing magazine.
