Over the past year, singer and songwriter Danny Jones has been keeping spirits high, teaming up with his McFly bandmates to entertain fans online and filming The Voice Kids with Pixie Lott, Will.i.am and new coach Melanie Chisholm. But it’s his words about his wife Georgia, mum to their three-year-old son Cooper, that strike just the right note ahead of Mother’s Day.
“She is amazing, she makes me very proud. Every time I am on my way back home, I get really excited to see them. If I was on my own with Cooper it would be shocking,” chuckles Danny, as we join the family for our exclusive photoshoot at their home in West London. “Georgia keeps us all together.”
Today the Jones household is rocking with laughter; as well as celebrating his 35th birthday this week, we remind Danny he needs a plan for Mothering Sunday.
“Well, what can you do…?” he asks.
