Singer welcomes first child
Ellie Goulding and her husband Caspar Jopling have become parents for the first time. The Love Me Like You Do singer, 34, gave birth to son Arthur Ever Winter Jopling on 29 April, with the couple formally announcing his arrival in the births, deaths and marriages section of The Times newspaper.
Art dealer Caspar, 29, who married Ellie in August 2019, first revealed that Arthur had arrived when he shared a photograph of a bouquet of flowers on social media and wrote next to it: “Mum and baby both healthy and happy. Extremely grateful. I don’t ever address the public attention that comes with Ellie’s job, but during this magical and personal moment we would really appreciate being able to enjoy our privacy.”
