Reunited with her family after health treatment Princess Charlene of Monaco has returned to Monte Carlo and her family after being treated abroad for several months with health problems.
A statement from the Prince’s Palace said: “The next few weeks should allow for Princess Charlene to further strengthen her health before gradually resuming her official duties.”
Charlene, 44, mother to twins Prince Jacques and Princess Gabriella, seven, with her husband Prince Albert, has been largely away from Monaco since last May, when she suffered an ear, nose and throat infection while in South Africa.
After a brief return in November, she travelled to an undisclosed location to obtain help with “exhaustion, both emotional and physical”, said her husband.
