Struggling with ideas for tasty yet nutritious meals? Researchers say we make around 200 eating choices a day – but are they good ones? Trisha Goddard and Dr Amir Khan are here to make sure they are. The presenters of the revamped You Are What You Eat are encouraging us to make more healthy calls with a new recipe book containing 80 delicious meals for the whole family. There are also detailed sections on gut health, eating for specific health issues, including diabetes and menopause, and the importance of sleep, as well as lifestyle changes and nutritional advice, such as how to read food labels and gauge portion size.
