The model and campaigner on the importance of body positivity and how her family inspired her book
Many of us experience fateful moments that change the course of our lives forever, and Felicity Hayward remembers hers vividly. It was one Saturday night in a London pub in 2011 when she was approached to do a photoshoot for renowned photographer Miles Aldridge.
It was a big break that saw her go on to become one of the first plus-size models of her age in the UK and a ground-breaking body confidence campaigner, helping change the landscape of the British fashion industry. Now she is spreading her message of self-love as an author.
