PUFF PASTRY P.I.B. & CHRISTMAS CAMEMBERT WREATH
Makes 1 wreath Takes 35 minutes
INGREDIENTS For the wreath
• 1 x500g block of puff pastry
• Flour, for dusting
• 20 The Jolly Hog Pigs in Blankets
• 1 egg, lightly whisked
• ½ tbsp black sesame seeds
• ½ tbsp white sesame seeds
• 1 x250g camembert wheel, in wooden box
• Fresh rosemary sprigs, to serve
For
the
chutney
• 1 small red onion, peeled and finely diced
• 1 tbsp salted butter
• 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
• 1 tbsp mixed spice
• 80g/3¼oz currants or raisins
• 50g/2oz dried apricots
