Apple ProRAW
This picture format is exclusive to iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max models and combines the information of a standard RAW format along with iPhone image processing, which gives you more flexibility when editing the exposure, colour and white balance in your photo.
Safari Debug Menu
Not to be confused with Safari’s ‘Develop’ menu (accessible by going to Safari>Preferences> Advanced), the Debug menu requires Terminal to unlock and contains some interesting options, including Tab Ordering.
Terminal
Found in Applications> Utilities, Terminal features a command line interface that allows you to take control of your Mac’s operating system. Some commands require password authentication to input, so it’s thankfully hard to break your system by accident.

As long as you are running macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or later, press cmd+shift+5 to bring up the screen capture utility. You will see a thin strip of options at the bottom of the screen.
