Boost efficiency with app shortcuts in Ventura
Create missing shortcuts in your favourite apps to make it easier and quicker to access common functions
Open an app’s menu and on the right-hand side may be some keyboard shortcuts that enable you to execute tasks by pressing a combination of keys. A typical example is cmd+S, which is a very common way to execute the File>Save command in a wide range of apps.
Some menus in apps do not have shortcuts and they must be accessed using the trackpad or mouse, which is slower and more cumbersome. Here we show how to add the missing shortcuts in apps. If there is a menu item you often use and there is no shortcut, you can just add it yourself.
