A RIGHT OLD CARRY ON
Infinity’s resident comedy expert Robert Ross held a very successful Carry On event at London’s Cinema Museum in May, and now he’s back with Oh, What a Carry On, or Carry On Up The Cinema Museum IV. Once again, Robert will be presenting another full day of hilarious chat, rare clips, and very special guests, in a laughter-fuelled salute to the legendary British comedy series.
Officially authorised by ‘Carry On Films Limited,’ it will be the usual mixture of affectionate memories and outrageous anecdotes. Star guests will be announced over the coming months, but you know you are assured some fascinating faces from this classic series of British comedy. One guest who has already been confirmed is the lovely Sally Geeson, who appeared in Carry on Regardless/Abroad/Girls and of course is well known for her long-running role as Sid James’ daughter in Bless This House.
Throughout the day there will be ample opportunity to purchase signed photographs and mingle with Carry On celebrities. And, of course, there will be a surprise or two. The fun is guaranteed, so Carry On, you know it makes sense. The event takes place on Saturday 9th December and doors open at 11.00, for a 12.00 start. Refreshments will be available in the licensed cafe/bar. Tickets are on sale from www.ticketlab.co.uk/event/id/17327#/
