Glen Scotia distilled at ough MOK marathon

THE SPIRITED winner of the first Glen Scotia marathon said the Learside hills nearly defeated him.

Speaking immediately after last Saturday’s event, which he finished in three hours and six minutes, Campbeltown Running Club’s (CRC) Stuart McGeachy said: ‘I hit the wall at 20 miles.

It was hot and I really struggled on the last hill.
