Kerry from Kincardine, Fife, was fifteen minutes away from death, after he violent ex boyfriend severed an artery in her head with a metal pole. Brave Kerry posted pictures of her injuries on Facebook. They were shared almost fifteen thousand times, and she received messages of support from as far afield as Dubai and Canada. She was inspired to upload the images after watching the BBC Three drama, Murdered By My Boyfriend, based on a true story of a teen killed by her abusive lover.
