We’ve challenged three designers to come up with a nautical card which could be used for Father’s Day…

• 14 count white aida fabric
• Six shades of stranded cotton (shown above)
• Anchor charm
THE RULES
• Design a nautical-themed card
• The design should be no larger than 50x40 stitches
• Only the materials above can be used
• Be creative as possible!
Welcome to this month’s designer challenge! 20 June is Father’s Day in the UK this year, and our challenge this time is perfect if you’re looking to stitch and send a card to your dad. We asked our three designers to create a nautical themed card using only the materials we gave them – aida and just six shades of stranded cotton – plus, they had to incorporate an anchor charm into their design in some way.
