1 FARMED SEA BASS
Sold whole or filleted, it’s now Britain’s sixth most popular fish. Most of the bass available in the UK is farmed (in Greece and Turkey) as wild fish are severely threatened. Cooked fillets are white, flaky, sweet and moist. Grill for 3-4 minutes skin-side up or fry for 1-2 minutes in a pan.
