“As queer women, we share a collective pride”
As queer women, how do we feel about ourselves? Do we feel proud? Do we have self-respect?
I feel proud and full of respect for other lesbians and bi women. I also feel this from my lesbian and bi friends and partners. I feel this so much more from them than I do from other groups. There’s an understanding between us that creates a bond that I only share with a handful of my closest and oldest friends.
