NEW MUMMIES IN THE MAKING

Researchers at the KNH Centre for Biomedical Egyptology at the University of Manchester have been trying out a little of their own animal mummification. The idea is to use the same techniques as those used by ancient Egyptians to see whether they could create a ‘stable’ mummy that wouldn’t simply decay.
