As of April, somewhat stealthily, Apple updated and made its iWork suite of apps, Pages, Numbers and Keynote, totally free to download on macOS and iOS. Previously, all of these apps were only provided for free to customers who purchased a new Mac or iOS device, but now that purchase is not a prerequisite for getting the apps. This is great news for your productivity because you can start creating documents on your Mac, pick up where you left off on your iPad or iPhone and even collaborate on documents with other people. All three apps are incredibly easy to use because they come with a wide range of templates that you can use as a basis for your own documents, replacing all existing elements but retaining the same themes and layouts. Alternatively, you can create your own documents, spreadsheets and presentations from scratch, using our iWork for free!
