EAT is based in Austria and shares industrial space with the popular Pro-Ject turntable brand. That’s because EAT boss Jozefina Lichtenegger is married to Pro-Ject’s founder, Heinz Lichtenegger. That said, while all EAT turntable parts are made in the same industrial complex (which keeps costs down), EAT is a separate company with its own infrastructure, staff and designers.

This new turntable might look rather familiar. Basically, that’s because the C-Major is a slightly stripped version of the popular C-Sharp turntable.
