Your yoga teacher would tell you to live with purpose and hit the mat each and every day. That’s what we aim to do in a perfect world but sometimes we forget or get distracted, so let’s use the 29th to get our lives pointing in the right direction once more.
Think of what you could do with a whole, free, extra day: book up a yoga class (especially if it’s your first one!), scribble your hopes and dreams into a journal, take a long hike through the countryside, or eat only fresh, wholesome food that’s doing good things to your body on the inside.
Be kind to yourself and be kind to others. There’s so much you can fit into 24 hours. Let’s do it everybody!
