Chantelle Nicholson
New Zealand-born Chantelle Nicholson initially trained as a lawyer, before discovering her passion for food. A quick ascent up the culinary career ladder has seen her become the award-winning Chef Patron at Tredwells, in the West End’s Seven Dials, alongside becoming Group Operations Director for Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
In addition to this, her co-authoring of cookery books, TV appearances and film consultancy has placed her as an exciting prospect within the industry.
Chantelle recently popped by for a morning of recipe development and cookery, bringing her own measured and calm approach to the PlantBased Kitchen. Her food oozes class, quality and reflects positively on the experience she has gained working in some of London’s top restaurants, amongst some of the most accomplished chefs in the world.
