Teddy Bear Times Magazine Issue 263 Edizione posteriore

Do you enjoy this time of year? Wherever you are in the world, it is almost the end of one season and the beginning of a new one. It signals a change in weather, temperature, perhaps the clothing we choose to wear, the amount of time we spend outside… A few years ago I wasn’t sure I liked change too much but I have come to appreciate that it is necessary. Without change life would become very routine, even boring. So I try to embrace change, as difficult as it might be at times.
Our featured teddy bear artists are all asked to look back at how their bears have changed since they began and all of them will have made changes in one way or another. There are two artists in particular who look back at several decades of bear (and hedgie) making in this issue: Sue Quinn has been creating and adapting her creations for a long time and is still incorporating new changes into her creative life. Lisa Pianigiani is celebrating 25 years of creating bears and looks back at how her travels around the world have helped her designs evolve. Both artists also look forward to what the future might bring. I hope you are looking forward to something amazing this year, wherever you are.
