It’s been a confusing and difficult journey. During my childhood I knew there was something different about me, never really sharing any boyhood interests with my friends. This made my school years a real struggle.
There had been a great deal of secretive dressing in the clothes of my mother and sister, always leaving me with an overwhelming feeling of guilt not only for wearing them but also for never having the confidence or ability to tell them. It’s funny thinking back - and after talking with other crossdressing friends - to now realise that I was not alone.
