At the top of their game

Following the success of the inspiring documentary The Game Changers, there has been a massive shift in interest in vegan athletes. As studies are conducted and extensive information on the plant-based diet comes to light, more sportsmen and women are turning to diets lacking meat, eggs and dairy. We chat to two highly successful athletes about why they turned vegan, what changes they experienced, and what’s the best fuel for a workout.
