And every year something new comes along. The C-shaped rear lounge has been gaining traction in Germany, usually in very large ’vans. Now Carthago has fitted the design into a sub-8m body. Then there’s Bürstner, the firm which (along with French rival, Chausson) has done most to develop the drop-down bed concept. Now, drop-down beds have become commonplace with most manufacturers but what about
