4QOS offers a few options in terms of what programs you install – often helpful when working with less-powerful kit. You can also add extra desktop environments.
The Lubuntu installation routine is the most conventional. As with most Ubuntu derivatives, the user boots into a live desktop environment. From there on, Lubuntu follows the familiar path, launching an easy-to-use partitioning tool followed by a few choices about language and location.
