Everybody should have a password manager – it ensures all your accounts (online and off) are protected with strong, randomly generated passwords that are impossible to guess. And – if long enough (12 characters minimum) – impossible to expose using brute-force techniques.
A dedicated password manager is better than your web browser’s built-in manager for several reasons – not least the fact it works across your entire Mac, not just the browser itself. It also offers tighter security. We also strongly recommend that you enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) when offered it.
