Making Cards & Papercraft  |  February 2015
We’re thrilled to be able to include double the normal amount of our free quality craft papers in this edition! Instead of the usual two, this edition comes with four sets, Vintage Floral, Playtime, Modern Valentine and Lets Dance!* We’ll be repeating this for the next two months also - lucky you!
In response to reader requests we’ve adapted our circular toppers on the free papers so that for those of you fortunate enough to have access to a die-cutting machine, these toppers are compatible for die-cutting with the Nestabilities Standard Circles set by Spellbinders, hopefully making these easier for you to use. This will remain the case on all future craft papers.
As always Making Cards is packed full of inspiring projects. New contributor Sara Naumann uses texture stamps featuring tone-on-tone heat embossing creating shiny, dimensional backgrounds for stylish cards! We’ve teamed up with The Hobby House to present you with three beautiful cards featuring brand new artwork - Little Treasures by Elisabeth Bell and as always, we’ve fabulous projects from our regular contributors such as Tracy, Emma and Sarah-Jane.
I hope you enjoy everything we’ve put together for you this month, there’s a real selection of different projects and techniques. If you have any requests for a project using a particular brand or technique feel free to email me, I’m always happy to listen to your ideas. We’re love to share your cards too so if there is a card you are particularly proud of send it to for the chance to appear on our Your Cards page and earn yourself a crafty prize!
