Wytch Hazel:
keeping the faith
PRESS/SAM SCOTT-HUNTER
Bringing a sweet sunbeam of English eccentricity to the scene, Wytch Hazel have been growing to full bloom on the Lancashire coast for 12 years, honing their craft over four increasingly gorgeous albums that take their cues from metal circa 1978-82. The fashion police might take a dim view of their devotional Christian lyrics and gleaming white tights, but luckily founding singer/guitarist Colin Hendra knows, as Adam Ant knew, that ridicule is nothing to be scared of.
