Tiree Wave Classic is the world’s longest running windsurfing event

THE 30th annual Tiree Wave Classic took place last week and it ‘had it all’.

The event, which was founded in 1986, is the longest running windsurfing event in the world.

The event started on Saturday October 15 and finished a week later on October 22.

As well as the main competitions, there was a youth camp running alongside the event.
