Man, 53, fined £350 for ‘disgraceful’ behavior

A 53-YEAR-OLD man has been fined £350 after police caught him urinating into a pint glass.

Andrew Cullen of 78 Hazel Road, Banknock, Bonnybridge, also pleaded guilty to kicking and smashing the glass and threatening police officers.

Procurator fiscal Eoin McGinty told Oban Sheriff Court on Monday March 26 the incident took place in a car park in Lerags on March 18 this year.
