Letter of the Mo nth

Thank you PhotoPlus for giving me the confidence to use my Canon EOS 90D and 70-300mm to shoot motorsports – when we’ve been allowed out! My husband is a devoted petrolhead and has dragged me to loads of races and track days over the years. A couple of years ago I decided to bring my camera and telephoto lens along to try and take some action shots. At first, my shots always appeared blurry in all the wrong places! After subscribing to PhotoPlus and studying all the advice, I’ve progressed to getting sharper shots of the cars. I’m particularly pleased with myself as I’ve been brave enough to take a few panning shots using a slower 1/60 sec shutter speed!
