This vegan version of a full English, with garlic mushrooms, grilled vine tomatoes, baked beans and tofu scramble, really hits the spot for a filling, hearty breakfast.

For the grilled tomatoes:
• 250g (1¼ cups) ripe vine cherry tomatoes
• A splash balsamic vinegar
For the baked beans:
• 1 x 400g tin (2 cups) cannellini beans, drained
• ½ tsp onion powder
