Prehistoric Times  |  Fall #159
With a new front cover painting by Bob Eggleton and more of his beautiful mammoth artwork inside, Fall has struck and the new Fall issue #159 is here. Paleontologist Steve Brusatte has written a new book titled “The Story of Birds” which chronicles how dinosaurs evolved to become the birds we know today. Your PT editor has interviewed Steve about his new book and, as well as that interview, includes much artwork from it in this issue. We visit the Natural History Museum of Utah with many color photos and for figure collectors Pat Schaefer reviews the MPC mammal figures. Our featured dinosaur is Balaur bondi the “raptor” with double sickle-clawed toes on each foot and the giant meat-eating pre-dinosaur Fasolasuchus plus much more.
