Real beauty

My skin is very sensitive, so I have to be careful with the products that I use – and I absolutely swear by Jurlique. I love the Purely Age-Defying Ultra Rich Cleanser, £25, and the Moisture Replenishing Day Cream, £29, is my hero product – super-hydrating and nourishing. I feel naked without it on my face. I also rely on some traditional family beauty recipes – my favourite mask is a simple mix of 1/8 tsp ground turmeric, 1 heaped tbsp chickpea flour and natural yogurt, which is a gentle exfoliant. I mix them to make a paste, then spread it on my face and rinse after 10 minutes. My skin is brighter and feels rejuvenated.
